A custom-made hearing aid that fits inside the ear canal. Available in three sizes depending on the required power. This hearing aid is suitable for people seeking an aesthetic solution for their hearing.

Discreet ITE Invisible Hearing Aids

Invisible hearing aids or ITE hearing aids offer numerous advantages compared to other types of hearing aids. Firstly, their personalised design ensures a perfect fit to the user’s ear canal, making them more comfortable and less prone to causing irritation compared to behind-the-ear hearing aids.

Ambient Noise Reduction

Another advantage of invisible hearing aids is their ability to reduce ambient noise. ITE hearing aids are designed to fit perfectly into the user’s ear canal, which reduces the amount of environmental noise reaching the inner ear and improves sound quality.

Ease of Use and Advanced Technology

Invisible hearing aids are also easy to use and adjust. The user can easily adjust the volume and change listening programmes according to their needs. Furthermore, modern ITE hearing aids feature advanced technology, such as Bluetooth connectivity and noise cancellation, which further enhances the hearing experience.

Behind-the-Ear BTE Hearing Aids in Tenerife and Gran Canaria

Discreet and out of sight

The BTE behind-the-ear hearing aid is indicated for severe hearing loss where a powerful hearing aid with sufficient gain to meet the patient’s needs is required. Its characteristics are as follows.

BTE Behind-the-Ear Hearing Aid and its Adaptation

The BTE behind-the-ear hearing aid is placed behind the outer ear and, using a custom mould, is fitted inside the patient’s ear canal. This mould ensures that the sound emitted by the hearing aid’s receiver passes into the ear canal and does not escape outwards, preventing sound loss and stopping the hearing aid from whistling.

Open Fit for Better Ventilation

It can also be fitted, provided the hearing loss allows, with an open fit and without a mould. This open fit allows for greater ventilation of the ear canal and results in a more natural sound.

Aesthetic and Comfortable Design Despite Size

Despite having larger components than other types of hearing aids and a larger battery, its design makes it very aesthetic and comfortable.

A very discreet and aesthetic hearing aid. Unlike others, the receiver is located inside the ear canal, while the microphone and the rest of the components are housed within the hearing aid.

Allows for excellent ear ventilation and very natural hearing.

Hearing aid suitable for people with delicate ears who seek an aesthetic solution for their hearing.

RITE Hearing Aids: Discreet and out of sight

Invisible hearing aids or RITE hearing aids offer numerous advantages compared to other types of hearing aids. Firstly, their personalised design ensures a perfect fit to the user’s ear canal, making them more comfortable and less prone to causing irritation compared to behind-the-ear hearing aids.

Coupling for more natural hearing

This design means the receiver adapts to the ear canal using a coupler that seats it in the canal, bringing the sound closer to the eardrum. This type of fitting promotes greater ventilation of the ear canal and provides more natural hearing.

Recommended for sensitive ears

It is especially indicated for patients with very sensitive ear canals due to having suffered from otitis, malformations, tumours, stenosis, etc.

Professional Evaluation for the Best Choice

An audiologist will determine if the RITE behind-the-ear hearing aid is the most suitable for the patient, taking into account their level of hearing loss and the characteristics of their ears. If you have doubts about which hearing aid is best for you, do not hesitate to call us or visit any of our Oír Vital Canarias centres, where our specialists will carry out all the relevant tests to determine your level of hearing loss and, in this way, advise you on which of all the hearing aid models best suits your needs.
