The international transfer complies with the GDPR as it is a transfer based on an adequacy decision, with the United States having been declared a country with an adequate level of protection by the European Commission (EU-USA Data Privacy Framework – Decision of 10 July 2023) and Cloudflare, Inc. being included in the “Data Privacy Framework List”.
